By accessing or using AmanaHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

AmanaHub is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for Muslim entrepreneurs. The Service includes contact management, deal pipelines, invoicing, project management, communication integrations, AI-powered tools, Islamic calendar features, and halal compliance screening.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

• All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate specified at the time of purchase.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of a payment for unused service periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in abusive practices.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into AmanaHub. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Halal Screening Disclaimer

The halal compliance screening feature is provided as an informational tool and should not be considered a formal fatwa or legal opinion. The AI-powered screening analyzes publicly available information and applies general Islamic business guidelines. Users should consult qualified scholars for specific rulings. AmanaHub does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of halal screening results.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmanaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will remain accessible for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
